Oman’s foreign minister says door to US-Iran diplomacy remains open despite attacks

Oman’s foreign minister says the door to diplomacy between the US and Iran remains open, despite a war between the two countries that began yesterday.
“I still believe in the power of diplomacy to resolve this conflict. The sooner talks are resumed the better it is for everyone,” Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi writes in a post on X.
Oman acted as a mediator in nuclear talks between the US and Iran prior to the conflict.
