The US Trump administration informed Israel about its 15-point plan for ending the war with Iran before submitting it to the Iranians, an Israeli official familiar with the matter tells The Times of Israel, after Channel 12 reported on the plan this evening.

The official confirms the details of the plan presented in the report while expressing skepticism that Iran will agree to such a framework, despite reported US optimism about the plan’s chance of success.

The official also confirms that Washington informed Israel ahead of its negotiations with Iran on ending hostilities, which began on Sunday, without specifying how far ahead of time.
