Two Israelis were killed and one was injured in accidents around the country on Thursday morning.

One deadly incident took place in Arad, where a tractor ran over a 25-year-old pedestrian at the entrance to the city, killing him on the spot. The driver of the tractor was taken in for questioning.

In another incident, a 17-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a car accident on Route 4, near Kibbutz HaHotrim, when he collided head-on with another vehicle. Emergency rescue personnel pronounced the teen’s death at the scene.

In a third incident, an IDF soldier was lightly to moderately wounded in Kibbutz Kerem Shalom, near Gaza, when a rifle accidentally discharged. The incident is being investigated.
