A customer dissatisfied with the food he was served at a Netanya restaurant on Friday returned to the eatery later that evening to set it on fire.
The 34-year-old Israeli was arrested after he was seen on security cameras dousing the side of the restaurant with flammable liquids before setting it alight.
During police questioning, the suspect admitted to the arson attack, but blamed an underdone kebab he was served at the restaurant earlier that day for motivating him to burn down the restaurant.
According to reports the suspect told police the bad kebab he was served “messed with my mind.”

He was to be remanded into custody on Sunday.
Firefighters said the grilled meat restaurant located on Smilansky street in the coastal city sustained significant damage from the Friday night blaze.
