The 15-year-old brother of the main suspect in a gay club shooting from 2009 fell to his death Wednesday from the 9th floor of a building under construction.

Or Felician was working as a window washer on the Bnei Brak building when he fell. Police do not suspect foul play.

Or’s brother, Hagai Felician, is the prime suspect in a deadly shooting spree at the Bar Noar gay youth club in Tel Aviv that left two dead and 11 injured. Police recently arrested Hagai after a four-year investigation into the attack.

Hagai was indicted for murder and attempted murder on Monday in what the prosecution is indicating was a hate crime. Another relative, whose identity is protected by gag order, is also suspected of involvement in the murders and is under house arrest.

Yaakov Felician, Or and Hagai’s brother, was arrested in June after a criminal attorney filed a complaint with police claiming she was raped by him during a meeting to discuss her representation of his brother Hagai, held at a warehouse Yaakov owns in Petah Tikva. After a polygraph, he was released to house arrest.

Or’s sister was reportedly in a relationship and had a child with Eyal Salhoub, a member of the criminal underworld who was killed after his role as a police informant was discovered, Ynet reported.

Notwithstanding the family history, the Dan District Police believe after a preliminary investigation that the boy’s death was an accident, not the result of foul play.

The boy worked with his father at the site near the Bnei Brak-Ramat Gan border, where two apartment towers are in their final stage of construction. During their lunch break, it appears that Or and his father sat on a ninth floor perch. The boy leaned back on a loose railing and fell to his death.

Hagai Felician filed a request with the Tel Aviv District Court to attend the funeral, but was turned down. Yaakov and the relative under house arrest will be allowed to pay their respects.
