Tickets to Britney Spears go on sale, start at NIS 340

Ticket prices for Britney Spears’ July 3 show in Israel were announced Tuesday.
Golden Ring tickets will run NIS 850 ($235), while tickets for lawn seating on the grass will cost NIS 340 ($95). Tickets with access to the VIP section will set you back NIS 1,100 ($300).
Tickets are available at Ticketmaster Israel.
The Princess of Pop will perform a one-night show in Tel Aviv’s Hayarkon Park as part of her upcoming world tour, said Guy Beser of Bluestone Entertainment, the promoters bringing Spears to Israel.
Local music producers have been working to bring Spears to Israel since last year, and rumors of a concert have been swirling in recent months. According to website Reshet, organizing the concert will cost more than $2 million.

Spears shot to international fame in the late 1990s with hits “…Baby One More Time” and “Oops!…I Did It Again.” She has sold more than 100 million albums and 100 million singles throughout her career.
The pop star joins a star-studded lineup of musical artists and groups scheduled to perform in Israel over the summer including Justin Bieber, Aerosmith, Radiohead, Tears for Fears, Rod Stewart, Nick Cave and Gun N’ Roses.
