27-year-old victim’s body found in Montclair street after an apparent hit-and-run; Israeli consul working to fly her body back home

A 27-year-old Israeli woman was killed in a traffic accident in Montclair, New Jersey, on Saturday.
The woman’s family has been notified of her death. Israel’s consul in New York was aiding efforts to bring her body back to Israel.
According to CBS New York, the woman’s body was found in the street Saturday evening. She had apparently been hit by a vehicle in a hit-and-run.
A local prosecutor said she may have been hit by a bus.
An investigation was ongoing.
