IDF Nepal team to head back to Israel Monday
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIDF Spokesman Peter Lerner writes on Twitter that the army rescue team in Nepal will head back to Israel on Monday, after dismantling the field hospital on Sunday.
He says 1,600 earthquake victims were treated in the field hospital, and Israeli doctors performed 85 life-saving surgeries at the site. Eight babies were born in the makeshift medical center.
