IDF says missiles from Lebanon fell in open areas in central Israel after Hezbollah says it targeted airbase

The IDF says that a number of missiles crossed into Israel from Lebanon and fell in open areas in central Israel.

Sirens did not sound since population centers were not in danger.

Reports in Hebrew media indicate that at least one rocket fell in the sea off the coast of Netanya.

Hezbollah claims it launched missiles toward the largely unused Sde Dov airbase on the outskirts of Tel Aviv. The terror group says it launched “a salvo of Fadi-4 rockets” at the site “in response to the targeting of civilians and the massacres that the enemy carried out.”
