Sirens that sounded across central Israel a short while ago were triggered by a single missile launched from Lebanon, the IDF says.

The projectile was successfully intercepted by air defenses, according to the military.

It marks the third long-range attack from Lebanon in the past hour.

The IDF says residents of the Tel Aviv area should remain close to bomb shelters until further notice.
