Incoming rocket sirens are sounding in the coastal cities of Ashdod and Ashkelon.
There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
Earlier, rockets were launched toward central Israel, setting off sirens in towns close to Ben Gurion Airport.
Hamas has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
