KLM joins foreign carriers extending suspensions of flights to Israel

KLM confirms that it has joined a flood of airlines suspending flights to Israel, until at least the end of the year, the Dutch NL Times reports, extending a suspension that was previously set until the end of this month.

The decision was made amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, the report quotes a KLM spokesperson as saying.

KLM does not fly to Beirut, NL adds.
