Man in his 50s shot dead in Arab community’s 159th homicide of 2026
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA man in his 50s was shot dead a short while ago in the central Arab town of Taibe, first responders say.
Police say the victim is a resident of nearby Tira who was apparently killed as part of an “ongoing blood feud.” No arrests are reported.
Local sources cited by the Arab48 news site say the victim was killed in front of his wife and daughter.
He is the 159th Arab homicide victim in Israel since the start of 2026, according to figures from the Abraham Initiatives coexistence group.
