Netanyahu speaks with family of Edan Alexander after release of Hamas propaganda footage
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePrime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with the family of Hamas hostage Edan Alexander after the terror group released propaganda footage of the 20-year-old captive earlier this evening, the Prime Minister’s Office says.
During the call, Netanyahu told the family that “he really feels the anguish that Edan, the hostages and their families are going through,” his office says.
It adds that he reassured the family “that Israel is working resolutely and in every way possible” to bring about the release of the hostages “who are in the hands of the enemy.”
