Philippine leader Duterte visits Yad Vashem
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleVisiting Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is paying respects at the Yad Vasham Holocaust memorial after meeting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The visit has already been criticized, mainly due to Duterte’s comments in 2016 when he likened himself to Adolf Hitler. He later apologized and said he had been misunderstood.
