Report: Trump didn’t express opposition to continued IDF targeting of Hezbollah in call with PM

During US President Donald Trump’s overnight Tuesday-Wednesday phone call to inform Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the Iran ceasefire, the Israeli premier reportedly asked whether it would cover Lebanon.

Trump, in response, did not express opposition to continued Israeli operations against Hezbollah, Channel 12 reports.

Trump has, since the Iran ceasefire, told reporters that it does not cover Lebanon, while Iran and Pakistani mediators have insisted otherwise.
