Sara Netanyahu testifies in court

Sara Netanyahu testifies in court in response to abuse claims by former caretaker Menny Naftali.

“For over a year, my name has been dragged through the mud,” she says, according to the Walla news website. “Up to this moment, my voice was not heard. Today justice will be served.”

She says that she was afraid to fire Naftali, because it would generate negative news coverage.

“We were persecuted by the media. From my perspective, firing a caretaker is a headline, and I didn’t want to do that. I waited for him to quit.”
