Elisha Yered, a key organizer of illegal settlement outposts, says that there were two sites where Palestinians from Tell “tried to lynch” settlers who he claimed were hiking in the area.

According to Yered, who has said openly that he works to expel Palestinians from Area C of the West Bank, several soldiers who arrived at the scene were also attacked but “hesitated” in opening fire themselves.

He posts pictures showing Palestinians confronting the settlers with sticks and poles.

He also says that other Palestinians succeeded in grabbing the gun of a settlement security official and shot and wounded him.
