Slain Al Jazeera journalist buried after tumultous funeral procession

Slain Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh is buried in Jerusalem after a tumultuous funeral procession that saw police clash with mourners.
Thousands of Palestinians flood into the Catholic cemetery at Mount Zion, honoring Abu Akleh.
“Everyone loved her. She was honest and told our story. When she died, it was painful for me and my children,” says East Jerusalem resident Arif Hammad.
Palestinians burst into applause around her coffin, throwing petals of flowers as pallbearers carry her to her gravesite.
