24-year-old suffers serious injuries after gunmen open fire at him outside Kfar Kassem

A 24-year-old man was seriously injured Saturday after being shot by gunmen near a mosque adjacent to the Arab-Israeli village of Kfar Kassem in the Sharon region.

The man was rushed to the Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba for emergency treatment.

Police launched an investigation into the attack.
