JERUSALEM — On Thursday, March 2, Times of Israel readers have the chance to see “Sand Storm,” the award-winning movie about women in Israel’s Bedouin society, and meet the director Elite Zexer. The film, winner of the 2016 Ophir Prize for best Israeli movie and Israel’s submission for best foreign-language film at this year’s Oscars, will be shown with English subtitles. Elite will be interviewed live on stage at the Jerusalem Cinematheque by Jessica Steinberg.
