A 14-year-old girl was hit by a car and killed, while two others were seriously injured in separate accidents Friday morning.
The girl was walking in Tel Sheva, a Bedouin town bordering Beersheba in Israel’s south, when she was hit by the car at approximately 9 a.m.
Paramedics rushed the unconscious girl to Soroka Medical Center in critical condition where she was later pronounced dead.
“The girl was lying on the road next to a jeep, unconscious, with a head injury and severe systemic damage,” a Magen David Adom paramedic said.
A spokesperson for Soroka hospital said she “was brought to the trauma room without any vital signs” and was pronounced dead. Police have opened an investigation.

Shortly afterwards, a 40-year-old motorcyclist was hit by a truck at the entrance to Kadima in central Israel, near Highway 4, and was seriously injured.
Paramedics treated him at the site before rushing him to the Beilinson Hospital.
Overnight two teens, around 17-years-old, were injured, one of them seriously, while riding an electric bicycle near Bat Ayin in Gush Etzion, south of Jerusalem. They were taken to Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem for treatment.
