Arrivals from high-infection countries to be sent to separate airport terminal – report

Amid efforts to prevent coronavirus carriers from entering Israel, travelers arriving from countries defined as “red” will be transferred to a separate terminal at Ben Gurion Airport, Channel 13 news reports.

At the order of Transportation Minister Merav Michaeli, arrivals from the United Arab Emirates, Seychelles, Chile and Georgia will be taken to Terminal 1 starting in the next few hours, according to the report.
