End of a traumatic week
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIt’s almost two in the morning here in Jerusalem, at the end of the seventh traumatic day of Operation Protective Edge. The rockets have still been flying in, and the Israeli air strikes have continued, but the last few hours have seen the most serious talk to date of a possible ceasefire — whose terms will be discussed in the next few hours. Our colleague Itamar Sharon has taken up the Tuesday liveblog baton here. We’ll close this liveblog, and wish you all a peaceful night.
