Israeli pop star Noa Kirel arrives at the European MTV Awards 2022 in Dusseldorf, Germany, wearing an outfit adorned with the face of rapper Kanye West and dozens of gold chains with the Star of David and the “Chai” symbol.
Kirel — who will represent Israel at the Eurovision next year — won “Best Israeli Act” for the fifth-straight year and is representing Israel at the awards.
West, also known as Ye, has been in hot water over the past few weeks for a series of antisemitic statements and comments that have drawn harsh criticism.
