Jerusalem okays 82 new apartments in Ramat Shlomo
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleJerusalem city hall has approved the construction of 82 apartment units in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramat Shlomo, whose original green light in 2010 during Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Israel threw a wrench into relations between Israel and the US.
Channel 2 says that the Planning and Construction Committee approved the sale of 82 apartments, running against the government’s official stance on East Jerusalem development.
