NYPD says attacker who stabbed Jewish man in Manhattan shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch says the attacker who stabbed two men in Manhattan shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack.
Tisch says one victim is Jewish and the other is “an Asian male.”
Both victims are expected to survive, Tisch says.
