Prime Minister Naftali Bennett meets Democratic Republic of the Congo President Felix Tshisekedi in Jerusalem, who promises to open diplomatic and economic missions in the capital, a pledge Tshisekedi made last year at AIPAC.
Tshisekedi, the African Union chairman, also notes he supports Israel joining the African Union as an observer.
The leaders pledge to deepen cooperation in agriculture, communications, and trade.
