Police escort Rothman out of Tel Aviv area residence after protesters block door
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleReligious Zionism MK Simcha Rothman, a prominent figure in the coalition’s push to overhaul the judiciary as head of the Knesset’s Constitution, Law, and Justice Committee, is escorted out of a home in Ramat Hasharon by police after protesters blockaded the residence, Ynet reports.
According to the report, protesters blocked the door out of the residence, where Rothman was having a meeting, preventing him from leaving.
Border Police officers arrived at the scene and escorted Rothman out safely, the report says.
