Report: Blinken to say expects Israel’s group of friends to grow wider this year
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleUS Secretary of State Antony Blinken will say in prerecorded remarks for Israel’s Independence Day celebrations that he expects “Israel’s group of friends to grow even wider in the year ahead,” Channel 12’s US correspondent Yuna Leibzon tweets.
He will add that the Biden administration will continue to push for more countries to normalize relations with Israel.
The full statement will air at an event hosted by Israel’s Embassy to the US later tonight.
