Trump says he wants ‘freedom’ for the Iranian people

US President Donald Trump tells The Washington Post he wants “freedom” for Iranians, as American and Israeli forces strike the Islamic regime.
“All I want is freedom for the people,” he tells the paper.
“I want a safe nation,” he says, rather ambiguously, “and that’s what we’re going to have.”
