The US State Department claims progress was made in today’s negotiations between Israel and Lebanon in Rome after yesterday’s talks ended early amid another flare-up between Israel and Hezbollah.
“The two sides are a lot closer on what needs to be done to advance and expand the pilot zone process,” a State Department spokesperson claims.
