Two border control workers at Ben Gurion airport in Lod have been arrested for indecent assault on female passengers.

The two, in their 20s, are suspected of inappropriately touching women under the guise of carrying out their duties at a border control point.

Police, with the assistance of airport officials, opened an investigation into the suspects’ actions. The two men were to be brought to the Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

Police were looking for more testimony in the case and asked women who believe they may have been victims of the two to come forward and lodge a complaint.
