An IDF soldier was lightly injured on Tuesday by Palestinian stone throwers near the West Bank village of al-Arub, north of Hebron.
The soldier was treated on the spot and was not evacuated to a hospital. IDF forces were searching for the assailants.
Earlier Tuesday, Palestinians threw stones at an Israeli vehicle traveling on Route 443 near Beit Horon. There were no injuries, but damage was caused to the vehicle.
A two-day closure is in effect for Palestinians in the West Bank, severely limiting their movement. The IDF implemented the measure over the Passover holiday in light of security concerns, according to the IDF Spokesperson.
