Unidentified assailants on Friday set fire to a gas station on Route 60, close to the West Bank settlement of Eli. There were no injuries.
Fire fighters were called to the scene and doused the flames, Channel 10 said. Binyamin district police were investigating the incident.
Initial reports said that a vehicle was seen entering the station, and that the occupants set it on fire and fled, Channel 2 reported.
Route 60 is one of the central highways in the West Bank, and is used by both Israelis and Palestinians.

Judea and Samaria Police confirmed that there were no injuries, but said that the fuel pumps at the station had caught fire. Images from the scene showed the gas station gutted by fire and thick smoke billowing into the sky.

On Sunday, an Israeli man was moderately wounded when he was stabbed by a group of Palestinian assailants at a gas station on Route 443 in the West Bank, near Modiin. One of the Palestinians was shot dead by security forces at the scene.
Tensions have been high following a July 31 arson attack on a Palestinian home in the West Bank village of Duma killed an 18-month-old baby and his father. The mother of the family and her other son, aged four, are still fighting for their lives in an Israeli hospital.
