Abbas is going nowhere, says Erekat
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleChief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat says that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has no plans to resign in the coming months, according to Israel Radio.
The Israeli media attacks the PA on a regular basis, says Erekat, and the PA is used to this.
Channel 1 said Sunday that Abbas was planning to quit by September, attributing the decision to “fatigue.”
