Antisemitism lawsuit against Harvard to go ahead after judge rejects request to dismiss

A US judge refuses to dismiss a lawsuit in which Jewish students accuse Harvard University of letting its campus become a bastion of antisemitism.
Without ruling on the merits, US District Judge Richard Stearns says the plaintiffs plausibly allege that Harvard’s response to on-campus incidents is inadequate, and that “the facts as pled show that Harvard failed its Jewish students.”
