Barkat welcomes fencing world champ to Jerusalem
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleJerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat hosts Constantin Vronov, 19, who immigrated to Israel from the Ukraine two weeks ago with his parents.
Constantin is a world champion in fencing. He will continue training with the support and subsidization of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption and its services in Jerusalem.
Vronov is accompanied by his coaches. Upon meeting Barkat, he presented the mayor with the sword with which he won the world championship.
