Ex-Mossad chief says ‘immediate’ need to free hostages warrants agreeing to ‘very long’ truce

Former Mossad chief Yossi Cohen tells Channel 12 that there is an “immediate” need to secure the release of the hostages that warrants Israel agreeing to a “very long” truce with Hamas.

However, he clarifies that this does not mean that Israel should agree to end the war entirely.
