Fire service announces death of third firefighter in battle near Gaza border

The Israel Fire and Rescue Services says Sergeant Major Firefighter Arik Yehuda Marciano, 50, a squad commander at the Kiryat Gat station, was killed during the Hamas attack on the Gaza border yesterday.

Marciano is the third firefighter killed in the attacks.
