French officials hope to organize meeting between Netanyahu, Abbas
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFrench officials say they are prepared to organize a counterterrorism summit in the country and invite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to participate in the event, Channel 2 reports.
The officials also say that the two leaders will be urged to meet on the sidelines of the summit, in the hopes of relaunching peace talks, the report adds.
