Hamas claims fire on Nahariya, Haifa, Tel Aviv
On its Hebrew website, Hamas’s Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade claims responsibility for the recent barrage on Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Nahariya.
Nahariya is more than 170 kilometers from Gaza.
According to Israel Radio’s Gal Berger, Hamas TV says it fired an R160 rocket at Haifa, and three M75 rockets at Tel Aviv.
Israeli security forces are still checking whether the fire on northern Israel came from the south, as Hamas claims, or from Lebanon, as was the case earlier in the day.
