President Isaac Herzog attends a memorial ceremony in Toulouse marking 10 years since four people were killed in a deadly terror attack at a Jewish school in the French city.

A statement from Herzog’s office says he and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron “laid a wreath at the monument commemorating the victims of the attack, stood for a minute’s silence, and then met teachers and students who were present at the school at the time of the attack.”

“The presidents heard from the families about their heavy loss, the challenges that have accompanied them over the past decade, and the strengthening of the Jewish community of Toulouse after the disaster, and they comforted them,” the statement adds.
