Hezbollah says rockets and mortars fired at Israel ‘in solidarity’ with Palestinians
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleLebanon’s Hezbollah terror group says it fired dozens of rockets and shells on at three Israeli positions in the contested Mount Dov region in solidarity with the Hamas attack on Israel.
Hezbollah says in a statement that the attack using “large numbers of rockets and shells” was in solidarity with the “Palestinian resistance.” It says the Israeli positions were directly hit.
The Israel Defense Forces did not report any injuries and said it responded with artillery strikes and a drone strike.
There are no immediate reports on Lebanese casualties.
