Man throws stone at Herzog’s wife’s car

An unknown attacker hurled a rock at the car of Michal Herzog, wife of Zionist Union leader Isaac Herzog.

She was walking toward her car on Tzahal Street in Tel Aviv when a man suddenly appeared and threw a stone at her car. She was not hit but the rock damaged the windshield of the vehicle.

The MK’s wife called the police to complain, and officers were searching the area for the perpetrator. Herzog believes she was the target.

Yesh Atid MK Mickey Levi, a former high-ranking police officer, says, “Violence against politicians and their families is despicable and should be condemned by all shades of the political spectrum. Those responsible should bear the maximum penalty the law allows.”
