New York postal worker arrested for pushing 4-year-old Jewish boy to the ground — report

The video shows the child approaching a parked mail truck in a Ramapo neighborhood on Thursday evening, when the unidentified 39-year-old USPS employee suddenly turns and forcefully shoves him onto the sidewalk. The worker then returns to his vehicle, while the boy gets up, retrieves his yarmulke and walks away.

The man had reportedly been yelling at nearby children shortly before the incident.
Police say in a press release that the suspect, a resident of Stony Point, was arrested Friday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempted third-degree assault, both misdemeanors.
