PA cracks down on attackers after crossing closed
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Palestinian Authority security forces are cracking down on would-be attackers reaching the Jalama crossing in the Jenin area of the West Bank, which is closed following a spate of stabbings and attempted stabbings at the site.
In addition, the governor of Jenin is calling on Palestinian residents to prevent young people, who have carried out the majority of the attacks in recent weeks, from going to the crossing in order to carry out further assaults, Ynet says.
