Riots and clashes between Jews and Arabs continue into the early hours of Friday morning, with police making dozens of arrests.
In Musmus, near Haifa, police arrested 11 residents for throwing stones, setting tires on fire and damaging traffic lights. Police said they used “riot dispersal means,” but did not elaborate.
In Tel Aviv, police arrested two men who were carrying knives with the intent to cause a disturbance, police said.
In Beersheba, 13 people were arrested, police said. Law enforcement said they used social media to identify people planning an illegal gathering. Those arrested were carrying an assortment of homemade weapons.
