Police prepare to shut main roads to Jerusalem
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePolice are preparing to close the main roads leading into the capital, including Highway 1 and Route 443, ahead of the storm expected in Jerusalem later today.
At the same time, the Israel Electric Corporation announced a state of emergency in Jerusalem as snow begins to fall in the city.
