Top US general cancels Israel visit due to rebellion in Russia

Due to the mutiny in Russia, Gen. Mark Milley canceled his planned visit to Israel tomorrow, according to Hebrew media reports.
Milley, the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, was scheduled to meet with top security officials for talks expected to focus on Iran.
